giving policy

20% Pledge

Buffle Audio plans to donate 20% of annual net profits from eligible product sales to registered animal welfare charities, with a focus on French dog and cat shelters, field rescue groups, and transparent animal protection organizations.

calculation

Emotional mission, mathematical promise

Purchases are software purchases. Donations are made by Buffle Audio, not by customers, and customer purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Eligible sales

Revenue actually received from Buffle Audio product sales.

Net profit

Calculated after refunds, taxes, payment processing fees, platform fees, chargebacks, and ordinary operating expenses.

Donation

20% of annual net profits planned for year-end donation to registered animal welfare charities.

recipient strategy

How we want the pledge to help

The first donation cycle should avoid vague cause marketing. The goal is to publish a short, verifiable annual list showing where the money went, why those groups were selected, and which proof was checked before payment.

50% target

Small and mid-sized French shelters helping dogs, cats, senior animals, difficult adoptions, and emergency intakes.

30% target

Established French foundations with refuges, legal action, veterinary care, sterilization, or shelter-support programs.

10% target

Emergency or solidarity work: food, veterinary support, and help for animals whose humans are in precarious situations.

10% reserve

Rapid-response or end-of-cycle reserve for verified shelter emergencies, veterinary campaigns, or final donation balancing.

recipient strategy

French animal-welfare groups we intend to verify

Buffle Audio will not name a specific association, foundation, refuge, logo, quote, or partner relationship in public campaign copy until its legal status, donation path, current needs, and written naming permission are confirmed.

Small local dog and cat refuges Priority for direct shelter impact: food, veterinary bills, emergency intake, senior animals, difficult adoptions, and practical improvements to daily care.
Established French animal-protection foundations Secondary priority for organizations with refuge operations, legal action, sterilization, veterinary programs, rescue operations, or shelter-support infrastructure.
Emergency and solidarity work Support for food, veterinary access, and field work that helps animals whose humans are in precarious situations stay together safely.
Manual recipient verification Each named recipient must pass legal identity, official donation-channel, receipt, transparency, current-need, and mission-fit checks before receiving public mention.
Public naming only after permission Annual giving updates can list recipient names only after donation proof exists and the organization approves the exact public wording.
